Senior Product Owner / Product Coordinator - Regulatory Recording Solutions (NICE / Verint)

Context of the mission

As part of the development of its activities and the evolution of its roadmap, our client is looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Coordinator specialized in regulatory recording solutions such as NICE or VERINT.

Note: this is not a NICE administrator position or a purely technical profile.

We are looking for a professional capable of managing a product throughout its lifecycle, interacting with business units, IT teams, Compliance, and vendors, while driving the vision and evolution of regulatory recording solutions.

Expertise in NICE and/or Verint technologies is essential.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs;
• Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using JIRA;
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the roadmap;
• Ensure coordination between business units, technical teams, developers, and vendors;
• Directly manage certain initiatives or intervene under the responsibility of a project manager;
• Track change requests, major incidents, and escalations with vendors;
• Participate in strategic discussions around new uses and regulatory requirements;
• Support the transformation of electronic communication recording solutions.
