Project overview

Provide direction for digital solutions for operational grid control and congestion management at Enexis.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop an innovative solution for operational grid control and congestion management
• Test solutions through proof of concepts and pilots
• Determine product vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Prioritize activities based on value, safety, risk, feasibility, and capacity
• Connect business stakeholders, architects, process experts, and IT/OT teams
• Translate innovative ideas into scalable, working solutions
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and results and adjust in a timely manner
• Guide the transition from experiment to implementation and use in operations
• Fulfill a key role in the further development of System Operations solutions within Enexis
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a role as Product Owner, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar management role
• Demonstrable experience within complex stakeholder environments with conflicting interests
• Affinity with OT systems, grid control, real-time operational processes, or other business-critical environments
• Substantive knowledge of grid congestion, flexibility solutions, or Power-Grid-Model is a plus
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, preferably supplemented with SAFe
• Knowledge of change processes, collaboration within the chain, and implementation issues
• Willingness to work at least 3 days a week at the office (alternating in 's-Hertogenbosch, Weert, Zwolle, and Arnhem)
• HBO or WO work and thinking level
