Job description
We are looking for a Lean Manager with over 5 years of experience to analyze existing documents for the production of a new BMW accessory part, conduct value stream analysis, and develop a concept for production planning and implementation in Hungary.
Project overview
+ Analysis of existing documents for the new manufacturing of the new BMW accessory part + Execution of a value stream analysis in Polaris + Creation of a concept for manufacturing planning in Polaris + Revision of the concept with regard to Lean Management + Creation of an implementation concept for production in Hungary + technical support of the implementation in Hungary + comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
+ Lean Manager with >5 years of experience (Kaizen etc. factory planning, flowchart analysis, spaghetti programs) + Experience in the field of mechatronic components + Experience with Bosch as a final customer + Experience with the Toyota Production System TPS + Experience in value stream analysis and have carried it out yourself + Plan production flow (good pacing with material and as little personnel as possible) - also Polaris (is used little) + Experience with automotive projects in series production + German and English
