Analyze and manage production anomalies and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the space/defense sector, ensuring smooth production flow and quality.

Context
Our client is strengthening its Testing & Assembly Quality Assurance team. You will handle anomalies and NCRs in direct contact with the workshop, without blocking production.

- Analyze anomalies / NCRs and manage their processing until closure
- Obtain validations from the relevant stakeholders and ensure consistency between decisions and implementation
- Monitor and update quality databases
- Support assembly and testing teams, handle non-conformities in the workshop, propose solutions to avoid workflow interruptions
- Conduct field investigations and root cause analyses (5 Whys, 8D)
- Lead risk analyses in non-nominal situations
- Propose corrective and preventive actions, reduce the cost of poor quality
- Produce weekly/monthly reports, maintain KPIs and action plans, present key quality highlights
- 2 to 5 years in industrial quality / production quality
- Space, aeronautics, defense, or complex regulated industry sector
