Job description
The role involves reviewing the existing tool landscape, designing a target architecture, and conceptualizing future test processes with a focus on automation and CI/CD.
Project overview
Review and evaluation of the existing tool landscape as well as creation of a target architecture concept based on the AS-IS analysis and the framework conditions specified by the customer.
Conceptualization of a workflow design including sketching future test processes, definition of relevant KPIs, and derivation of optimization approaches.
Creation of a prototype to illustrate an automated CI pipeline including a virtual test environment.
Creation of a benchmark report with evaluation results and concrete recommendations for action.
Preparation, moderation, and documentation of technical workshops to validate the concept results.
Requirements
Experience as a consultant in Change Management/Quality Management.
Experience with a focus on Test Management and Integration Management at the overall system level with an emphasis on the software side.
Ideally, experience in operational testing.
Experience with complex systems.
Experience in software development & CI/CD (GitLab-Ultimate/Pipelines, container technologies e.g. Docker, K8s).
Experience with Agile / iterative methods e.g. Scrum Master / SAFe knowledge, as well as the ability to transform processes iteratively.
Required language skills: German and English.
