• Design, further develop, implement, test, and document data products in the real estate sector, and clarify functional and technical requirements together with the business
• Develop data pipelines with Snowflake as the backend
• Operate and support existing ETL processes
• Connect external systems such as REST APIs, Kafka, and SAP to enable existing data analyses and support new analyses
• Operate and expand the analytical corporate platform on MS Azure
• Ensure knowledge transfer within the team
• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as high social competence
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as good communication skills
• Knowledge of working in an agile environment, for example Scrum or SAFe
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English skills or good knowledge of another national language
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Modeling
• Experience in AI-based software development
• Proven knowledge in ETL processes and infrastructures, for example with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Snowflake, as well as with current CI/CD processes
• Productive experience with SQL and at least one programming language
• Knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform
• Knowledge in cloud-based identity and access management
• Python as the preferred programming language
• Azure as the preferred cloud computing platform
• Microsoft Entra ID as the preferred solution for cloud-based identity and access management
• Assignment period: 01.11.2026 – 30.04.2027 with option for extension
• Workload: 100%
• Location: Bern Wankdorf / Zurich Altstetten (Work Smart); Remote share and on-site days per week by arrangement
