Program Coordinator Digital Security (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on coordinating and managing the Digital Security Program within the VRU.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitor the coherence between projects, risks, dependencies, and BIO2 obligations
• Support the CISO in prioritization and decision-making
• Establish steering and accountability mechanisms for progress, risks, and decision-making within the program
• Provide management information, analyses, and decision-making proposals
• Ensure controlled completion of the current program phase and preparation of the follow-up phase
• Timely identify risks, compliance issues, and bottlenecks and translate them into effective program management
• Possess a valid ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certificate
• Minimum completed HBO bachelor's level education
• Experience with implementing BIO and/or BIO2 in a government or security organization
• Experience as a subject matter advisor on information security to CIO, CTO, and/or CISO
• In the past 3 years, have completed at least one similar assignment within the security domain, for example at a safety region, control room organization, or police organization
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the past 5 years with program direction, control, and/or management within information security, digital security, or cyber resilience
• Practical experience with the Base27 Risk & Compliance Platform
• Available from January 4, 2027, for 18 to 36 hours per week for the full duration of the assignment
