As a program coordinator, you will provide direction within the Digital Security Program, supporting the CISO and managing program control and direction.

As program coordinator, you will provide direction within the Digital Security Program.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Monitor coherence between projects, risks, dependencies, and BIO2 obligations
- Support the CISO in prioritization and decision-making
- Steer program control and program direction
- Determine approach, methodology, and setup of the assignment
- Coordinate with the program manager, client, and involved stakeholders
- At least a completed HBO bachelor's degree
- A valid certificate as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
- Experience gained with the implementation of BIO and/or BIO2 within a government or security organization
- Experience as a subject matter advisor in the field of information security for CIO, CTO, and/or CISO
- At least one comparable assignment in the past 3 years within the security domain, such as a security region, control room, or police organization
- At least 3 years of experience in the past 5 years with program direction, control, and/or management in the field of information security, digital security, or cyber resilience
- Experience with the Base27 Risk & Compliance Platform in an environment focused on information security, compliance, or risk management
- Availability from January 4, 2027, for 18 to 36 hours per week for the entire assignment period
