What will you do

As Program Director ICT at Evides Water Company, you are responsible for realizing the ICT Function Strengthening program. Based on a previously conducted baseline measurement, you will translate the improvement task into a coherent and executable program. You will operate at director level and work directly with the General Director, the steering committee, and other stakeholders within the organization.

You will ensure focus, prioritization, and progress within the change task and create support for the necessary changes. The emphasis will be on achieving concrete results and sustainably anchoring improvements within the organization. Your efforts will directly contribute to the further digitalization of Evides and have an impact on water quality, supply security, and customer service.

If you are a new supplier and have not yet signed a cooperation agreement and a client-specific supplementary agreement, this will follow immediately after the assignment is awarded.

The following client-specific conditions apply to this assignment for the client Evides:

• Developing an integrated program plan based on the recommendations from the baseline measurement;
• Translating strategic objectives into concrete work streams, results, milestones, and decision moments;
• Bringing focus and prioritization to activities, projects, and improvement initiatives;
• Organizing ownership and alignment between the board, management, and other stakeholders;
• Monitoring the coherence between the improvement program, operations, security, architecture, and ongoing ICT projects;
• Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and advising the client and steering committee on these;
• Preparing executive decision-making and developing scenarios and improvement proposals;
• Monitoring progress and reporting on results, risks, and next steps;
• Achieving visible short-term improvements and long-term structural strengthening of the ICT function;
• Anchoring improvements within the organization so that results are maintained after the assignment is completed.
• Extensive experience as a program director, transformation director, interim director, or comparable ultimate responsibility role;
• Demonstrable experience with large organization-wide ICT or digital transformations;
• Experience with change processes that combine governance, organizational design, processes, culture, and ICT services;
• Experience operating at director level within complex organizations;
• Experience with portfolio management, prioritization, and breaking down fragmented responsibilities;
• Strong executive sensitivity and the ability to create support and ownership;
• A results-oriented, decisive, and connecting leadership style;
• Experience within a semi-public, infrastructural, industrial, or highly regulated environment is a plus.

• The transfer period for flexible workers is 1800 hours.
• Invoicing is based on billable hours.
• Indexation does not apply.
• A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for every placement. The costs for this lie with the supplier/freelancer.
• Upon termination of an assignment by Evides, a notice period of 30 calendar days applies, and in case of force majeure, immediately.
