Project overview
As program manager, you will lead the organization-wide culture and change program of De Binnenbaan.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Design and guide an organization-wide culture and change program
- Conduct a compact culture analysis
- Develop a shared culture and behavior compass and associated roadmap
- Guide leadership dialogues, intervision meetings, and teams
- Set up a monitor to track progress
- Secure culture development in onboarding, HR cycle, and management control
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a program manager, change manager, or organizational developer in organization-wide change processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience with culture change and/or organizational development within medium-sized or large organizations
- Experience in guiding, advising, or coaching executive boards, management teams, and leaders in organizational and cultural change
- Experience in setting up and implementing change programs
- Experience in managing stakeholders at executive and management levels, including advising the executive board, board, MT, and works council
