Program Coordinator Digital Security

Project overview

As program coordinator, you will manage the next phase of the Digital Security program at the Utrecht Security Region.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitor the coherence between projects, risks, dependencies, and BIO2 obligations
• Support the CISO with prioritization and decision-making
• Develop an integrated phase plan and maintain the program dashboard
• Establish a reporting and accountability cycle
• Set up a governance and decision-making structure
• Conduct an interim evaluation and update the roadmap
• Evaluate the governance setup
• Deliver a closing file and advisory document for the next phase
• Coordinate with the program manager, client, and stakeholders
• Minimum HBO Bachelor work and thinking level
• Valid ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certificate
• Practical experience with implementing BIO and/or BIO2 in a government or security organization
• Experience in providing substantive advice to CIO, CTO, and/or CISO in the field of information security
• At least 1 comparable assignment within the security domain in the last 3 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the last 5 years with program direction or management in the field of information security or digital security
• Practical experience with the Base27 Risk & Compliance Platform
• Availability from January 4, 2027, for 18 to 36 hours per week for the entire assignment
