Lead the Energy & Sustainability program for Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland during its execution phase, advising management and connecting stakeholders.
Project overview
As program manager, you will lead the Energy & Sustainability program of Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland in the execution phase.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Lead the Energy & Sustainability program in an integrated manner
- Advise management, directors, and administrators on strategic issues
- Prepare progress reports and contribute to decision-making and accountability
- Connect internal and external parties and maintain networks
- Ensure alignment between the various projects and sub-tasks within the program
- Identify opportunities, risks, and developments within the field
- Monitor the effective execution of the program objectives
- Completed higher professional education (hbo)
- Work experience with administrative advisory services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a program manager or in a similar role within a public organization
- At least 1 year of experience gained with programs and/or projects focused on sustainability, energy transition, and/or living environment
- Preferably experience with continuing, further developing, and/or implementing ongoing programs within a complex public organization
- Preferably experience within an environmental service
