Program Manager SAP Finance / FICO

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager SAP Finance / FICO to support several strategic projects in the area of financial transformation.

Responsibilities

You will coordinate and manage SAP Finance activities, pilot dependencies between different modules, and ensure the implementation of action plans. You will work closely with business teams, IT departments, and integrators, and report regularly to management.

Requirements

Technical SAP expertise is not required – this position focuses on coordination and project management.

Framework conditions:

• Proven experience in managing SAP Finance or project management programs
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and the SAP Finance ecosystem
• Functional understanding of financial processes: Accounting, Controlling, and Consolidation
• Ability to coordinate various stakeholders with excellent communication skills
• Fluent French and English
• Location: Primarily remote, candidates from Lyon, Toulouse, or Paris preferred
• Occasional on-site assignments in the South of France as needed
• Start date: Beginning of January 2027
• Duration: Until the end of May 2027, extendable
• Commitment: Freelance
