Program Manager / ServiceNow Project Lead

Project overview

For an exciting client in the healthcare industry, I am currently looking for a freelance Program Manager / ServiceNow Project Lead.

Framework Conditions

• Assignment period: Immediately until the end of 2027
• Utilization: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Bad Homburg
• Remote share: 95% remote, individual on-site appointments every few weeks
• Skill Level: Senior
• Project language: German & English

Responsibilities

• Steering and management of a ServiceNow project in an enterprise environment
• Use and management of ServiceNow documentation (e.g., CSM documents)
• Project planning and progress tracking with ServiceNow PPM
• Management of risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes (RIDAC)
• Conducting and moderating status reporting meetings
• Creation and maintenance of kick-off presentations
• Responsibility for financial and budget reporting
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Steering of GBS-relevant topics and corresponding communication to the stakeholder network

• Several years of experience in leading or steering IT projects
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with numerous stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of project management methods and governance processes
• Experience in reporting to management, steering committees, or steering committees
• Demonstrable experience in handling project risks, escalations, and decision-making processes
• Experience in budget and financial control within projects
• Experience with ServiceNow-based project environments
• Fluent German and English language skills
