Program Communicator for AI Program

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced program communicator to support an innovative AI program. This part-time position is designed for 6 months with an option for extension and offers flexible remote work with occasional on-site appointments.

In this role, you will develop a coherent communication strategy for a complex program with multiple project streams. Your main tasks include coordinating communication between different stakeholders, aligning consistent core messages with program management, and preparing program content for specific target groups.

You will proactively plan and manage communication measures to promote understanding, acceptance, and active support for the program – initially among key stakeholders, later throughout the entire organization. Another focus is on enabling teams for professional stakeholder communication as well as quality assurance of all communication content.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in program communication or strategic communication management. You have already worked with complex programs and multiple parallel project streams and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Your strengths are the ability to convey complex content understandably, as well as excellent coordination skills, initiative, and communication competence.

Fluent German and English skills are required. The project start is planned for November 2026.
