• Goals
• Create understanding of the goals, content, and benefits of the AI program – initially among key stakeholders, then throughout the entire organization.
• Ensure consistent communication across multiple project streams.
• Build communication competence within the team, especially in stakeholder communication.
• Promote acceptance and active support of the program.
• Tasks
• Coordinate communication across multiple project streams and stakeholders.
• Agree on consistent program communication with program management and relevant responsible parties.
• Prepare and convey program goals and core messages for different target groups.
• Proactively plan and manage communication measures.
• Enable teams for target-group-oriented stakeholder communication.
• Quality assurance of communication content and coordination of necessary agreements and approvals.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in program communication or strategic communication management.
• Experience with complex programs and multiple project streams.
• Very good knowledge of stakeholder management and target-group-oriented communication.
• Ability to prepare and convey complex content in an understandable way.
• Strong coordination skills, initiative, and communication skills.
• Start: 2026-11
