Job description
Seeking a remote Project and Marketing Assistant to manage the implementation of a new offering launch, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting for a film director. The role involves coordinating website development, social media, webinars, direct marketing, and funnel setup.
Project overview
Title:
Project and Marketing Assistant (remote): Manage website, LinkedIn, webinar, direct mail acquisition campaign and funnel up to client appointment – 12–15 h/week until December 18th.
Description:
I am a director making cultural films for companies, including the cinema documentary "Die stille Revolution" and "Work in Progress" for Haufe Akademie. By Christmas, I am launching a new offering – for CEOs, CHROs, and those responsible for HR, culture, and transformation in large medium-sized companies and corporations.
The goal: At least 10 qualified client appointments (potential discussions) by December 18th. To achieve this, we are building a new website with a landing page, optimizing the LinkedIn profile, hosting a live webinar with small roundtables, conducting an exclusive mail campaign, and specifically targeting decision-makers. Everything culminates in booking an appointment.
The plan is set. I am looking for someone to manage the implementation from start to finish and reliably guide me, the creative, through the appointments. I will handle the trailer, editing, personal messages, webinar moderation, and client conversations myself.
Responsibilities
Management
Lead the overall plan: tasks, deadlines, responsible parties
Coordinate on Mondays what you need from me by when; on Fridays, a numbers review (registrations, responses, appointments)
Consistently request content, approvals, and decisions from me

Coordinate the web agency: briefing, collecting texts and images, review cycles, go-live on November 20th
Implement webinar landing page as well as thank you and follow-up pages with appointment booking
Have cookie banner, tracking (LinkedIn Insight Tag), and forms set up in compliance with data protection regulations
Social Media Profiles and Content
Implement LinkedIn profile: cover image, headline, info text, featured section, services page
Build and maintain the GRÜNFILM company page
Pre-draft posts from my voice messages, design images and PDF carousels in Canva, schedule three posts per week
Webinars, Roundtables, and Workshops
Organize live webinar on December 3rd (date TBD): set up tool, LinkedIn event, registration, confirmation and reminder emails, trial run, technical setup, recording, follow-up
Organize two Executive Roundtables (online, max. 8 people) on December 15th and 17th
Prepare presentation and film clips for the webinar with me
Design a one-page PDF for a new screening workshop (film screening with moderated dialogue at the client's site)
Prepare the second webinar in January 2027
Mail Campaign (Direct Marketing)
Exclusive package for 25 top decision-makers: black box, DVD of "Die stille Revolution", handwritten card, card with QR code to personal film link, invitation to roundtable and webinar
Commission printing and box, research addresses, create QR links, ship with tracking
Include data privacy notice, track who opens the link, prepare follow-up
Funnel and Appointment Booking
Set up funnel: Ad, Post, or Package? Landing Page? Webinar or Roundtable? Follow-up? Appointment Booking
Set up online appointment booking (e.g., Calendly or Microsoft Bookings)
Create LinkedIn campaigns according to specifications (Thought Leader Ads, Lead Form, Retargeting), report numbers weekly
Manage contact and appointment pipeline (spreadsheet or lean CRM), each contact with status and next step
Direct Outreach
Research 100 decision-makers in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, classify by fit, maintain list
Prepare draft messages for me; I will send them myself
Request and track approvals for film clips, logos, and music
