Consultant needed to advise on complex contractual and project-specific matters within construction projects, including analysis of project documents, drafting correspondence, and advising on claims and change orders.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Review and technical assessment of complex contractual and project-specific issues within construction projects
- Analysis and technical assessment of project-related documents and correspondence regarding contractual frameworks
- Advice on the creation and formulation of robust letters to project and contract partners
- Technical review and preparation of contractual prerequisites, deadlines, responsibilities, and required process steps
- Advice on handling substitute performance, particularly regarding prerequisites, deadlines, procedures, and documentation
- Technical advice on complex contract and additional payment matters that go beyond regular processing in change order management
- Development of recommended actions and decision-making bases for further processing of project-specific issues
- Project-accompanying advice as needed, both during the planning phase and during construction execution
- Experience in the DB environment
- Experience in contract management
