Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Agile Coach for a strategic platform project within municipal IT.

Project-related self-assessment on a scale: 1 = 10% - 10 = 100%

Focus Areas:

• IT project management and operational project coordination
• Business analysis and requirements engineering
• Requirements management, stakeholder interviews, and backlog maintenance
• Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Agile coaching and moderation of Scrum events
• Jira and Confluence
• Project controlling, reporting, dashboards, and risk management
• Coordination of larger IT initiatives
• Communication between business departments, Product Owners, architecture management, and development teams

• At least five years of experience each in project management, business analysis, and agile control methods within a corporate environment. Proven experience in larger IT projects, with Jira/Confluence, and workshop moderation.
• Experience in public administration or municipal IT is desirable.
• Certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• German at least B2/C1 level
• For the client, the combination of business analysis, agile methodology competence, and operational IT project management is particularly crucial.
• A classic project manager without business analysis experience or a pure Scrum Master without project management experience will not fully meet the requirements.
• Despite the formal classification of the assignment, an experienced consultant is sought who can independently and reliably undertake the required tasks.
