Job description
Stedin is seeking a Project Coordinator for Large Connections to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to the energy transition. This role involves managing projects from application to financial closure, ensuring timely material delivery, and resolving issues.
Project overview
Stedin is looking for a Project Coordinator (Large Connections). (ZZP NOT POSSIBLE) Indicative hourly rate is €70,- all-in, excluding VAT. Work you can be proud of. What you will do Why you want to work as a Project Coordinator at Stedin? Because you get energy from coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with various stakeholders, and contributing to the energy transition. You also ensure timely delivery of materials and checking revisions, additional work, and performance statements. The world is changing rapidly: more electric cars, new types of gas, and the return of self-generated energy.
This requires new customer connections to our grid. And we need you for that. What your day as a project leader looks like at Stedin Looking for a challenge? Plenty to do for a Project Coordinator at the Heinenoord location! From this small office, you will supply energy to the South Holland islands. After a cup of tea or coffee from the machine, or Starbucks coffee from 'Reedijk Wachtkamer' (a few steps from our office), you start your day with...
- A cup of coffee and discussing ongoing projects with colleagues, monitoring their progress in terms of quality and budget. You coordinate approximately 30-40 large multi-year projects for large corporate clients
- Together with the project leader, you coordinate from application to financial closure. You switch smoothly between stakeholders such as the client, municipalities, contractors, and various internal departments. You adjust where deviations occur. You have lunch in the company restaurant on the ground floor, enjoying your own or a fresh lunch with colleagues.
- After lunch, you have a meeting with one of the contractors to discuss bottlenecks and review the targets for the coming week.
- Coordinating the execution from batch preparation to administrative processing? You can handle that. Does something not go as planned? You take the lead to solve it and inform those involved. No day is the same: you switch between technology, planning, safety, stakeholders, and administration. Your strengths We are happy with what you bring. Whoever you are, whatever you do, you are welcome here. Because when you are yourself, it works better. You bring your own style, experience, and energy. And that is reflected in the way you approach projects. You are skilled in working with systems and maintain thorough project administration. You like to take control, are decisive, and always prioritize safety. Because you are at the forefront of the energy transition, you have an eye for new technologies that make processes more efficient, safer, or smarter. You see opportunities to improve work methods and involve others. And when things get exciting? You are there. What else you bring as a project coordinator?
- Thanks to your completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in a technical direction, you know how to bring structure to complex processes.
- You bring experience with project coordination or work preparation in a technical environment. You therefore also understand how important it is that everything is correct. From planning to administration.
- You are a connector and communicate easily with various stakeholders. Thanks to your communication skills, you ensure smooth collaboration, prevent misunderstandings, and keep projects on track.
- You bring proactive and solution-oriented skills. You identify bottlenecks and propose improvements. You likely already have examples from your current work, and we'd love to hear them. A good team You belong there From day one, you are part of the Large Consumption project team in Heinenoord. A mix of talents and experienced professionals. We work hard, help each other, and find the best solutions together. By working well with our chain partners and other internal teams, we contribute to both accelerating the energy transition and meeting customer requests quickly and on time! We work according to our Stedin@Work concept. You will work, when possible and permitted, about half of the time at our office in Utrecht, the place where you meet your colleagues. The other half of the time you work from home, visit projects, municipalities, or contractors. Very flexible.
