We are looking for a Project Director for one of our clients based in Niort (3 days on-site in Niort)
The project management mission will have the following objectives:
Expected deliverables
Profile sought
- Project management across all phases (from scoping to production deployment)
- Global planning, milestone/workload and budget tracking
- Risk management (scope, quality, cost, and deadline)
- Cross-functional coordination and monitoring of the various IT department activities in conjunction with the Business Units
- Management of the identified IT partner associated with this project
- Preparation and facilitation of project steering committees
- Synthetic reporting of the project and associated workstreams
- Project plan, resource plan, and budget tracking
- Risk management
- Management and associated deliverables across all project phases defined by the IMA project method (GPS)
- Materials and minutes for the various project monitoring committees
- Experience in managing complex IT projects or programs
- Management of budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitation of management committees and preparation of arbitration
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and partners
- Synthesis and communication skills with business units and the IT department
