Lead the technical and organizational aspects of a device assembly project, coordinating planning, budget, and scope while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Project overview
Within a project concerning device assembly, you will take technical and organizational leadership.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Coordinate the project planning and monitor budget and scope
- Co-manage the content of assembly and equipment solutions
- Support the commissioning of machines and processes
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders
- Translate existing processes, including via tech transfer, into a workable local implementation
- Follow up on execution in the cleanroom environment
- Participate in the roadmap for (semi-)automatic assembly
- Experience in complex, regulated production environments
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment
- Knowledge of GMP as a plus
- Hands-on attitude, with substantive involvement alongside coordination
- Clear communication and intrinsic motivation
- Experience with manual assembly and/or automation projects as a plus
