Lead various housing and area development projects for the municipality from initiation to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and liaising with stakeholders.
Project overview
As project leader, you will manage various housing and area development projects for the municipality, from initiation to completion.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and align necessary disciplines for project progress
- Prepare and adjust schedules and budgets per project
- Liaise with clients, governments, residents, and project developers
- Identify and analyze risks and bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Monitor progress and quality and prepare progress reports
- Guide projects through all phases, from initiation and design to realization and completion
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience with a municipality in a comparable role
- Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level, preferably in a field such as Construction, Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, or Environmental Law
- Experience in guiding housing projects through different project phases
- Experience in coordinating between various stakeholders, such as municipalities, project developers, designers, and residents
- Strong oral and written communication skills
