Job description
Seeking an experienced Project Leader to establish a broad quality system for information management, focusing on processes, systems, and execution within the municipality of Amersfoort.
Project overview
Job description
Project Leader Broadening Quality System Information Management (28 - 32 hours)
Why this assignment matters
Amersfoort values the trust of its citizens in the municipality. By being open and transparent and making information public in a timely manner, we strengthen this trust. This requires a high-quality information management system. This means that information – primarily the data of our citizens – is well-organized, reliable, and securely managed in accordance with laws and regulations, such as the Archives Act, NIS2, GDPR, and the Government Information (Public Access) Act. We are continuously working on this.
Sustainable improvement of information management starts with the municipality's processes. Information is created, used, shared, stored, and destroyed during the execution of processes. Therefore, organizing information management requires not only good systems and policies but, above all, well-designed processes.
That is why we are looking for an experienced project leader who can bridge the gap between policy, processes, systems, and execution.
The project leader will work closely with the program team, the CIO, the IV process manager, process owners, and information management and administration.
