- Support the coordinator in organizing and executing educational projects
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, and agreements made
- Act as a practical point of contact for students and teachers
- Maintain contact with external collaboration partners and ensure good information exchange
- Communicate at different levels, from student to external partner
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Quickly adapt to changing circumstances and resolve ad-hoc situations
- Maintain an overview of multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Contribute to ideas for more efficient organization and execution of projects
- Interest in art education, education, and/or communities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create an overview
- Skilled in communication with diverse target groups
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Flexibility and stress resistance during varying project periods
- Ability to quickly switch between different tasks and interests
- Thoroughness in agreements, communication, and follow-up
- Background in production, project organization, education, or art projects (preferred)
- Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
