As project leader, you will work on a targeted labor market strategy for civil engineering functions within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading complex issues regarding strategic HR and the civil engineering labor market
• Investigating what is needed to attract and retain talent for various civil engineering functions
• Translating analyses into substantiated advice and ensuring its implementation
• Bringing together existing knowledge and initiatives and developing targeted measures
• Tackling significant barriers to reach more suitable candidates
• Collaborating with senior HR advisors, recruiters, managers of City Engineers and Public Space Management, and the Head of HR
• University work and thinking level with at least 10 years of relevant work experience at that level
• Extensive experience in strategic HR policy and labor market issues
• Experience in leading complex assignments and translating analyses into advice and implementation
• Insight into strategic personnel planning, staff management, and function development
• Insight into labor market dynamics and in ways to strengthen an organization's employer position
• Strong discussion partner for management with a sense of political-administrative relationships
• Independent work attitude with a sense of responsibility and perseverance
• Knowledge of the civil engineering labor market (preferred)
• Experience within a political-administrative organization (preferred)
