Project overview

As project leader, you will manage the execution of the municipal AI development program.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translate opportunities and issues into concrete AI projects
• Inventory interests, risks, and conditions
• Organize collaboration between business, information provision, and ICT
• Monitor progress, decision-making, and results
• Remove organizational, technical, privacy, and security barriers
• Support clients in making informed risk assessments
• Guide AI use cases and scale up successful applications
• Make the societal and organizational value of AI visible
• Contribute to the further development of AI governance
• Stimulate a culture of responsible experimentation and learning
• Background as a project leader, program manager, or change manager
• Experience with agile working
• Practical experience with digital innovation, AI, data, information provision, or ICT projects
• Sensitivity to administrative and organizational relationships
• Affinity with or knowledge of privacy, information security, and data protection
• Talent for making technical matters accessible to non-technical colleagues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented and pragmatic work style
• Preferred: work experience in a government organization, knowledge of the AI Act, GDPR, and AI governance, experience with pilots or proof-of-concepts, and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI
