Project Leader Societal Unrest (RVS)

Project overview

As project leader, you will manage the further rollout of the LBMO methodology within municipalities in Midden-Nederland.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Organize and guide knowledge sessions for participating municipalities on the LBMO methodology
• Support and advise municipalities in the implementation and application of the methodology
• Act as a point of contact and helpdesk for involved parties
• Consult with Zicht op Overheid about the online LBMO environment and the associated dashboard
• Maintain periodic consultations with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) on progress
• Collect, analyze, and translate knowledge and practical experiences into usable action perspectives
• Prepare, organize, and lead theme and network meetings
• Prepare strategic recommendations for municipalities and security partners
• Promote cooperation between municipalities, police, and the Public Prosecution Service
• Contribute to the further development of the regional approach to societal unrest
• HBO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of work experience in the security domain and/or social domain
• At least 5 years of experience in project-based work within complex projects or programs
• Demonstrable experience in administratively and organizationally complex networks
• Knowledge of the theme of societal unrest and associated issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills, supplemented by experience in guiding groups
• Persuasiveness and the ability to connect different stakeholders
• Independent, proactive, and practical way of working
