Project overview

You are independently responsible for the organization and execution of the agreed-upon work and the realization of the associated project results, within the established project scope and frameworks. You independently determine how you carry out the work, taking into account the established project frameworks, relevant laws and regulations, and necessary coordination moments.

The municipality of Zuidplas is the administrative level closest to the daily living environment for citizens, entrepreneurs, and partners in the local community. In this position, the municipality of Zuidplas connects daily services with long-term area and policy tasks. The work package ranges from applications, notifications, permits, and management of municipal facilities to programs concerning area development, public space, sustainability, social support, prevention, and inclusion.

To carry out these diverse tasks carefully, the municipality of Zuidplas brings together subject-matter expert teams with functions for legal support, business operations, communication, and digital services. Within the municipality of Zuidplas, the municipal council sets the frameworks and the college supervises.

• A completed education at a minimum of HBO level
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable work experience within a civil engineering and/or environmental context
• The ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct
• Experience with a project in which integral environmental investigations and soil flows played an important role is considered a plus
