Lead a politically sensitive spatial planning file concerning a major Alkmaar party.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guide spatial justifications in the domains of spatial planning, environment, traffic, economic affairs, culture, safety, and sports
- Provide comprehensive advice to the board
- Conduct consultations with the board, management, and advisors of the involved party
- Organize internal coordination with relevant colleagues and chain partners such as the Environmental Service and the Safety Region
- Review and advise on submitted documents
- Identify and address bottlenecks together with internal advisors
- Confirm that submitted documents are suitable for an admissible and grantable application
- Work experience gained as a project leader in the spatial domain
- Experience in guiding spatial justifications and preparing integrated advice for the board
- Political sensitivity and skill in consulting with the board and senior management
- Skill in communicating at both official and political levels
