Project overview

Project management of civil engineering in performance phases 1-8 (analogous to HOAI).

Coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Interface management with various internal departments and teams.

Review and evaluation of design, approval, and execution documents.

Quality assurance and technical acceptance of construction services.

Support of approval procedures (BImSchG, plan approval, BauGB).

Site coordination regarding schedule, costs, and quality.

Creation of technical specifications and tender documents.

Participation in contract awards and change order management.

Risk management for civil engineering trades.

Creation of project, status, and progress reports.

Documentation and minutes of meetings.

Cooperation with authorities, planners, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements

Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable.

Several years of experience in infrastructure, energy, or large construction projects.

Knowledge of station structures, substations, or converter stations.

Sound knowledge of HOAI, VOB, DIN/EN standards, and VDE regulations.

Experience with approval and authority procedures.

Practical experience in interface management between construction and technical trades.

Proficient use of MS Office, document management systems, and AutoCAD.

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
