Support the conception and implementation of a scalable architecture for mobile devices in the retail environment
Close collaboration with the IT infrastructure team for the integration of smartphones into existing system landscapes
Technical evaluation and selection of suitable hardware and accessories (e.g. smartphones, scanners, headsets)
Support for the integration of cloud telephony solutions (e.g. Microsoft Teams Phone / Cloud PBX)
Participation in the development of test strategies and evaluation of pilot markets
Documentation of architectural decisions and interfaces
Support in project management: coordination of tasks, alignment with partners, tracking of milestones
