As a project manager, you will handle complex construction aftercare files for residential and utility building projects that have already been delivered.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventorying structural and constructive problems
• Organizing and supervising inspections and technical research
• Analyzing possible causes and engaging specialists
• Translating findings into concrete repair solutions
• Preparing and monitoring action plans and schedules
• Coordinating repair work
• Monitoring risks, agreements, and available budgets
• Adjusting deviations from schedule or results
• Maintaining contact with clients, advisors, and executing parties
• Maintaining contact with residents and users
• Preparing project files and progress reports
• Recording risks and decisions made
• Ensuring careful project completion
• HBO level in terms of work and thinking, preferably in Construction Engineering
• Years of experience as a project manager in the construction sector
• Experience with complex aftercare, repair, and/or renovation processes
• Thorough knowledge of construction and technology
• Experience with independently managing complex construction processes
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Plus: specific expertise in facades and building envelopes
• Plus: experience with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Plus: experience in both residential and utility construction
