maximum €115. For the Planning, Area Development, and Economy team, we are looking for a Project Manager Area Development for 36 hours per week. You will manage complex (strategic) projects in the field of area development, particularly housing construction. Additionally, you will be responsible for various sub-projects. The projects take place at both building level and within broader area developments. You are responsible for the entire process, from project preparation to evaluation. You ensure that projects are completed within the agreed frameworks, objectives, and resources.

You coordinate these conditions with project developers and other involved parties, and you also make price agreements. You assemble multidisciplinary project teams, create project plans, and, where necessary, arrange the tendering of works and services. Within the projects, you lead project staff, monitor progress, and report on it. Furthermore, you advise on, realize, and direct (citizen) participation and act as a contact person for project developers, housing corporations, and other stakeholders. You are a connector who acquires knowledge and brings parties together.

You know how to reconcile different interests to help projects move forward successfully. After completing projects, you evaluate the achieved results and advise on future projects. Projects you will work on include:

• Remaining locations for supermarket relocations, housing construction

• Slow traffic connection Rijksstraatweg Hellevoetsluis What we are looking for/requirements
• You have a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree or comparable work experience in spatial planning, urban planning, real estate, or construction engineering.
• You are a doer, both individually and in a team, and have good organizational skills.
• You work meticulously, are results-oriented, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are a connector and know how to find and involve the right people.
• You are resilient and know how to build and undertake in an environment that is constantly developing.
• You are strong in bringing together parties and interests.
