We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the evaluation and subsequent implementation of a new ERP system, starting asap for at least 6 months.

Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for the evaluation of an ERP implementation.
For a strategic ERP transformation project, we are looking for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for the evaluation of a future ERP solution and can subsequently support and manage the implementation of the selected system. The initial focus is on analyzing the existing system and process landscape and defining the requirements for a future ERP system. The client currently uses AS/400.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and moderating workshops with business departments and management
- Analysis of the existing process and system landscape
- Recording, structuring, and documenting functional and technical requirements for a future ERP system
- Creation of specifications, evaluation criteria, and decision proposals
- Consulting on the selection of suitable ERP solutions and implementation partners
- Managing ERP providers within the selection process
- Development of a target architecture and an implementation roadmap
- Taking over project management for the subsequent ERP implementation
- Managing budget, resources, risks, and stakeholders
Requirements
Framework conditions:
- Several years of experience as a project manager in ERP selection and implementation projects
- Demonstrable experience in defining customer requirements for ERP systems
- Experience in conducting assessments, workshops, and requirements analyses
- Sound understanding of business processes and their mapping in ERP systems
- Fluent French and English spoken and written
- Experience in the French market environment
- Strong moderation, communication, and presentation skills
- Structured and results-oriented way of working
