Job description
Project Manager Broadening Quality System Information Management (28 - 32 hours)
Duration 1 year
start date December 1st or January 1st at the latest.

Why this assignment matters
Amersfoort highly values the trust of its citizens in the municipality. By being open and transparent and making information public in a timely manner, we strengthen this trust. This requires a high-quality information management system. This means that information – primarily the data of our citizens – is managed in a well-organized, reliable, and secure manner in accordance with laws and regulations, such as the Archives Act, NIS2, GDPR, and the Government Information (Public Access) Act. We are continuously working on this.
Sustainable improvement of information management starts with the municipality's processes. Information is created, used, shared, stored, and destroyed during the execution of processes. Organizing information management therefore requires not only good systems and policies, but especially well-designed processes.
Therefore, we are looking for an experienced project manager who bridges the gap between policy, processes, systems, and execution.
The project manager will work closely with the program team, the CIO, the IV process manager, process owners, and information management and administration.
