Project Manager BRP

Project overview

Assignment for the municipalities of Ermelo, Harderwijk and Zeewolde and collaboration partnership Meerinzicht, focused on redesigning authorizations and connections around the BRP.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventory and assess all current BRP connections, user authorizations, and customer indications against legal frameworks (BRP Act, AVG, municipal ordinances)
• Implement direct corrections where necessary (triage)
• Design and implement a central, standardized application and assessment process including mandatory DPIA
• Realize a central processing register for BRP connections and set up a structural logging and audit process
• Ensure the new processes are embedded in the line organization and train users and process owners
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and collaborate with the DPO, CISO, BRP specialists, DDS administrators, and application administrators
• In the past 7 years, at least 3 years of work experience as a project manager at a municipality or collaboration partnership within local government
• In the past 7 years, at least 3 years of experience in government with projects related to both the BRP Act/BRP-V and the AVG
• At least 3 years of experience with process analyses and data inventories related to municipal data flows in the past 7 years
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) at the start of the assignment
• Preferred: experience with Centric Datadistribution (DDS) and BRP interfaces
• Preferred: possession of a recognized project management certificate (PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master or PM) and a recognized privacy certificate (CIPP/E or CIPM)
• Preferred: experience with performing or having Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's) carried out yourself
