Profile

Hybrid working and regular presence at the office. Commuting time preferably limited to about one hour.

In short, we are not looking for a purely technical Project Manager, but a strong organizer who can get people on the same page, drive projects forward, and act as the bridge between business and IT.

• Leading and monitoring software development projects within the social secretariat sector, from analysis to delivery
• Translating business needs and changes in social legislation into concrete software adjustments
• Coordinating developers, analysts, and other stakeholders, and monitoring the project plan, quality, and deadlines
• Applying Agile and other project methodologies, depending on project needs
• Proactively solving project issues and monitoring risks and bottlenecks
• Aligning with stakeholders on the progress and delivery of projects
• Experience as a Project Leader in IT and/or software development projects
• Experience in the HR/payroll sector or knowledge of social legislation is a must
• Strong in stakeholder management and communication; this is more important than in-depth technical expertise
• You can easily switch between business, development, and infrastructure teams
• You bring structure, overview, and priorities to an environment that is not always fully mature
• Familiar with Agile and other project methodologies
• Hands-on mentality, takes initiative, and thinks pragmatically
• Certificates are not required; personality and approach are paramount
• Fluent knowledge of both Dutch and French
