Seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Transformation Project Manager for a major insurance player to help structure its future IT Center of Excellence.
Project overview
For a major player in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the structuring of its future IT Center of Excellence.
Your missions:
Profile sought:
- Act as the interface between business teams, operational management, and IT
- Lead workshops and formalize needs (specifications, functional specifications, user stories)
- Manage transformation projects until their implementation
- Contribute to the definition of target processes and the optimization of user journeys
- Support teams in change management
- Participate in the governance and dissemination of best practices for the Center of Excellence
- Minimum 12 years of experience in transformation project management and Business Analysis
- Significant experience in insurance: underwriting, contract management, claims, compensation, or customer relations
- Good understanding of information systems and application architectures
- Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills
