Project Manager & Business Process Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Project overview

🎯 YOUR MISSIONS:

-You will be at the heart of the implementation projects of our supplier industry model. -transforming sometimes unclear situations into clear trajectories, aligning stakeholders, and guiding clients towards successful adoption of Dynamics 365.

-Lead projects end-to-end: planning, coordination, risks, decisions.

-Facilitate fit/gap workshops with sales, KAM, quoting, contracts, claims, reporting teams

-Translate business needs into user stories, processes, acceptance criteria, and backlog ready for implementation, etc.

-Travel to our clients

🥇 YOUR ASSETS:

-5+ years of experience in CRM, Dynamics 365, project management, or process consulting.

-Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM.

-Strong skills in facilitating workshops, scoping, and writing user stories.

-Understanding of B2B processes: accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes, agreements, claims, reporting.

-Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

-Fluent French + English (German is a plus).
