The municipality may request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). You can only start once the VOG has been submitted to the client. If the contractor provides personnel, the contractor is registered in the trade register as a company that provides personnel (in accordance with Waadi). The client adheres to the municipal collective labor agreement and has no additional employment conditions.

• You are responsible for the integral preparation, tendering, and realization of civil engineering projects in public spaces.
• You manage quality, planning, budget, and environmental management, and coordinate with all involved parties to execute projects efficiently and successfully.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years with civil engineering projects in full project phases
• Demonstrable completed civil engineering education at a minimum HBO-Bachelor level
• Demonstrable work experience with municipal decision-making processes and initiating council or executive board advice procedures
• Demonstrable work experience with the preparation, tendering, and execution of reconstruction and/or redesign projects
• Demonstrable work experience with UAV, RAW systemization, and municipal work processes
• Demonstrable work experience with resident participation and environmental management
• Demonstrable work experience with coordination of cables and pipelines/utility companies
• You have demonstrable work experience with resident evenings, participation processes, and administrative sensitivity
• You have demonstrable work experience with coordination between utility companies, contractors, advisors, and internal stakeholders
• You have demonstrable work experience with managing planning, finances, risks, and quality
• You have demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years with civil engineering projects in full project phases
