We are looking for a Project Manager to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in the wind energy sector. The role involves leading projects, coordinating resources, managing timelines and costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
For an exciting project, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for our client in the wind energy sector.
+ Leading renovation and maintenance projects within existing industrial facilities
+ Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization and resource planning
+ Managing deadlines, quality, and costs according to project goals
+ Coordination with production teams to avoid disruption of ongoing operations
+ Managing external service providers, planners, inspectors, and construction companies
+ Ensuring compliance with legal, technical, safety-related, and environmental specifications
+ Ongoing documentation and reporting to stakeholders
+ Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures
Support with tenders, awards, and contract-related processes in the construction environment

Requirements
+ Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a comparable field
+ At least 5 years of experience in managing complex construction projects in industrial environments
+ Proven experience in construction projects within existing structures and ongoing production
+ Sound knowledge of relevant project management standards (e.g., HOAI, VOB, DIN)
+ Confident use of planning tools, MS Office, and common project management systems
+ Good English skills, both written and spoken
