Job description
Lead and manage the company-wide Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) program, analyzing requirements and translating them into technical and organizational measures. Coordinate various teams and external partners to ensure CRA compliance for existing and future products.
Project overview
+ Lead and manage the company-wide CRA program
+ Analyze the requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act and translate them into technical and organizational measures
+ Coordinate development, product management, quality, compliance, and security teams
+ Conduct gap analyses of existing products regarding CRA conformity
+ Manage external partners, auditors, and certification bodies
+ Define and monitor relevant KPIs and regular reporting to management and executive board
+ Support product areas with risk assessments and Security-by-Design approaches
+ Prepare and accompany conformity assessments according to CRA and related standards and guidelines
Requirements
+ Several years of experience in technical project or program management
+ Experience in the areas of cybersecurity, product security, or secure development
+ Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance projects
+ Understanding of embedded systems, software development, and industrial automation is an advantage
+ Experience in the medical technology, mechanical engineering, or semiconductor industry
