Responsibilities

• Conceptual further development of brand presences across relevant digital touchpoints
• Development and management of sophisticated digital design concepts
• Conception and design of websites, webshops, landing pages, and e-commerce experiences
• Further development of digital customer journeys, shop elements, and interaction concepts
• Development of wireframes, layouts, components, and templates
• Conception of design solutions for CRO, testing, and personalization initiatives
• Use of user feedback, data, and performance insights for design optimization
• Further development of digital design systems, components, and quality standards
• Further development of efficient design processes and AI-supported design workflows
• Technical coordination with relevant stakeholders, agencies, and development partners

Requirements

My advantages:

• Sound project experience in digital, web, UI, or experience design
• Experience in the conception and design of high-quality websites, webshops, and digital customer experiences
• Strong understanding of brand management and the transfer of brand identities to digital touchpoints
• Sound knowledge of UX, UI, and responsive design principles
• Experience with digital customer journeys and user-centered design approaches
• Experience in independently managing complex design projects and various stakeholders
• Confident use of Figma and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Experience in the D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, data-based design optimization, and AI-supported workflows is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
• Remote possibility
