Essential Skills / Qualities:
ERP, Program Management
- Work on the application and technical architecture of the future system in relation to the various
- Central or local IT/business stakeholders (architecture, security, application, flows…)
- Work on the expected security levels with central and local teams (security, production,
- Architecture, application, flows…)
- Coordinate IT teams, integrators, and partners in 10 countries.
- Ensure effective communication between the different stakeholders.
- Define and supervise data recovery and cleaning strategies.
- Coordinate interfacing work with peripheral systems (with the various local IT teams,
- Integrators and/or publishers).
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and traceability of migrated data.
- Secure cutover and rollback plans.
- Define the international acceptance strategy.
- Lead unit, integration, UAT, and cutover testing campaigns.
- Validate Go/No Go criteria for each country.
- Provide support for production and hypercare phases.
- Prepare and implement the transition with the Application Support Production teams
