Assignment description

This project manager will be tasked with translating the target design into a working organization: they will set up the central hubs, develop the uniform working method, organize hybrid collaboration with contractors (including a growth path to outsourcing and possible offshoring), and ensure that capacity, training, governance, and KPI steering align. The quartermaster/project manager will thus form the connecting link between the Production Management Team, production lines, branches, IT, and contractors, so that the GEN Hubs contribute to uniform, scalable, and high-quality GEN processing from the start.

What will you do?

Develop target and design principles into a concrete implementation plan (organization, processes, roles, governance, KPIs, sourcing, IT)

Design and document one uniform national working method for revision processing and asset registration

Set up a collaboration structure with contractors according to the growth model

Prepare the location, capacity, and staffing of the hubs

Set up the training, knowledge retention, and change approach

Define KPIs, dashboards, and consultation structures for monitoring and improvement.

Identify risks and organize and evaluate pilots/initial implementation

Requirements

Strong management, project, and change management skills

Good stakeholder management towards the Management Team, production lines, branches, IT, HR, and contractorsKnowledge of or ability to quickly learn about GEN/revision processing and data quality

Experience with sourcing, contractors, and preferably offshoring

Analytically and conceptually strong; can translate bottlenecks into concrete design choices

Excellent communication and didactic skills
