As a project manager, you will connect the housing construction challenge with the energy transition in Overijssel.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Manage and execute the approach to grid congestion and housing construction
• Collaborate with municipalities, housing associations, market parties, and grid operators in applying the ACM prioritization framework
• Ensure alignment between housing construction schedules and the investment and execution plans of grid operators
• Promote grid-aware construction
• Establish the link between the housing construction planning process and the installation of utilities
• Advise administrators and connect diverse interests
• Translate complex developments around grid congestion into concrete actions
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement
• 5 years of relevant experience in energy systems, energy infrastructure, spatial planning, or related fields
• 3 years of experience in the role of project manager
• Preferred: education in Energy Technology, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, Business Engineering, or Civil Engineering
• Preferred: experience in leading complex collaborations between governments, grid operators, housing associations, and market parties
• Preferred: experience with housing construction, area development, or spatial development projects within a government organization
• Preferred: experience with energy issues, grid congestion, or the energy transition in housing construction
