SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Compensation & Variable Pay

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) for an exciting implementation project in the area of personnel management and compensation. The position is remote and starts in November 2026 with a duration of at least 7 months.

In this role, you will be independently responsible for the Compensation & Variable Pay sub-project. Your tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating and maintaining a coordinated requirements backlog, and configuring and customizing the SAP SuccessFactors modules Compensation and Variable Pay. You will create status reports on project progress, risks, and issues, plan and coordinate module-specific cutover activities, and coordinate technically with clients and project stakeholders.

We expect several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with sound knowledge of the Compensation and Variable Pay modules. A very good understanding of business compensation and bonus processes is essential. You should have experience in independently managing SAP sub-projects as well as practical knowledge in requirements management, module customizing, cutover planning, and project status reporting. An independent, structured, and communicative way of working, as well as very good German language skills, are required.

The workload is 20 percent. A project-related employment is assumed.
