Project overview

This position serves to coordinate and lead maintenance, modernization, and renewal projects in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire suppression technology. The main goal is to manage technical projects efficiently and ensure that all requirements of the internal customers are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of maintenance, modernization, and renewal projects
• Preparation of tenders and participation in award procedures
• Independent project management
• Management of external project planners and creation of schedule and payment plans
• Responsibility for project documentation and reporting
• Planning and monitoring of the budget
• Monitoring of technical systems and supervision of commissioning

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree in building services engineering, building technology, or mechanical engineering
• Several years of experience in planning and managing MEP projects
• Experience in refrigeration technology
• Knowledge in electrical engineering and building automation
• Expertise in project management
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire suppression technology
• Practical MEP experience
• Knowledge of relevant standards
• Fluent German language skills (C2)
• Additional project management certifications
• Experience with modern project management tools
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient technologies
