Coordinate a challenging residential construction project with approximately 100 housing units, focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing (HVAC).
Project overview
As a Project Manager HVAC in residential construction, you will take on the central coordination of a demanding construction project with around 100 housing units, comprising several apartment buildings and some single-family homes. You will manage the technical processes on-site, coordinate the involved trades, and ensure a structured, on-time construction progress. You are specifically responsible for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing trades.
You will coordinate the entire construction site in the HVAC area as well as the interfaces with other trades and align the processes with the respective contact persons.
Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and progress of the project. You will check the execution, document, and track defects.
Requirements
You have relevant project experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and plumbing - ideally in a construction project of comparable size and complexity.
You convince with assertiveness, organizational talent, and clear communication; Polish language skills are a big plus.
